The bathroom began to smell upon returning to the room, off-putting. Breakfast options were overly sweet, lacking basic savory items like plain croissants or proper ham and cheese. No iron was available in the hotel, a basic necessity for many travelers. The TV in our room was broken and it turned out all TVs were non-functional due to being water-resistant issues. Lastly, having to rely on a virtual check-in system felt impersonal and inefficient.

Simply nothing to complain about, truly memorable stay. Incredibly beautiful cool hotel with marvellous location to all main attraction. Good staff providing nice services. A lot of fab food at breakfast time.

The Executive Suite was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area and modern amenities. The staff provided really good service, always willing to assist with any request. The breakfast offered a nice variety of items including fresh pastries and juices. Location was ideal, with easy access to shops and major attractions.
