Centrally located along Via del Corso, making it easy to stroll to historic landmarks. The rooms, particularly the King Suite with Spa Bath, featured stylish decor and pleasant Ortiga toiletries, offering a nice touch to a comfortable stay.

The bathroom began to smell upon returning to the room, which was off-putting. Breakfast options were overly sweet, lacking basic savory items like plain croissants or proper ham and cheese. Moreover, no iron was available in the hotel, which is a basic necessity for many travelers. The TV in our room was broken and it turned out all TVs were non-functional due to being water-resistant issues. Lastly, having to rely on a virtual check-in system felt impersonal and inefficient, creating a sense of disconnect during the arrival process.

my stay at san carlo suite was fantastic! the staff was super friendly, especially mizan, who made us feel very welcome. the classic double room was cozy, tidy, and had a modern bathroom along with a great shower. it's located really close to the spanish steps, making it easy to explore the city. plus, the essenza spa was a nice treat for relaxation.
